The C3 is a decent one, the C4 is terrible.....

I don't get all the hate for C3s. Those years of C3s look pretty sweet with fender flares and side pipes and you've got a good block that you can build up.

No it does not need those wheels. Not at all.

It needs Dukes of Hazzard wheels

I know the engine was crap particularly in 1975, but I wonder how good the chassis is. Earlier years of that car weren't that bad when it came to power.

Those are pretty nice. Torque-Thrusts always work, too... unless they're too big. It seems like the absolute limit is 17s. I prefer 16s or less. Old Vettes need fat tires.
